Professor Ton Baars
Professor Ton Baars is an Dutch agricultural ecologist with a special interest in biological ruminant production and raw milk products. He obtained a PhD in the field of Grassland Ecology and Social Science at Wageningen University (2002).
For the past ten years, his research interests have been related to milk quality differentiation and raw milk as it relates to health and he is currently working part time at Utrecht University on food allergy and asthma in relation to milk processing, milk origins, and milk products.
