In August 2016 Cat together with Jeanine Spence set a new record in Hoodoo 500, a 522 mile race starting and ending in St. George Utah. Jeanine and Cat finished the 522 miles in 29 hours and 45 minutes, setting a new overall woman course record, and beating all men, women, 2 and 4 person male and female teams racing in that weekend.
2012 was her year for racing in Europe, the hardest cyclosportive in the French Alps - click here. In October 2012, Cat, part of a 4-woman team, Rock Ewe, set a new record in Furnace Creek 508, a 508 mile race in Death Valley. In 2013 Cat raced tandem team in the 508 and the team won, as usual.
Cat's climbing prowess in ultracycling and endurance events is an amazing feat to witness!!!
Always winning the women's category, and placing in the top 10 overall, Cat has earned a tremendous amount of exposure and attention.
In 2005 Cat was the only woman participant in Race Across America. She was the first Swede to complete RAAM and came in 8th overall. Only 12 of the 26 racers that started finished this gruelling race, and Cat earned the Ultracyclist of the Year award for her 3000 miles of smiles
